Luton confirms Tom Lockyer leaves hospital on Thursday.

Luton have confirmed captain Tom Lockyer will be discharged from hospital on Thursday. and will be ready for football pre-season training.

The 28-year-old defender suddenly collapsed to the ground without contact during Saturday’s Championship play-off match against Coventry. And was taken to hospital after being carried from the field on a stretcher.

Tom Lockyer has since examined at the Cavendish Clinic in London and the club have confirmed. He will be able to participate in preparations for next season’s Premier League football.

A statement on Luton’s official website said: “The Wales international has completed all necessary medical tests. And a note that will allow them to return home for a period of time. Before the start of pre-season training. which he will be fit and ready to play UFABET

Saturday’s final had to go to penalties. After Jordan Clarke’s shot was equalize by Gustavo Hamer until 1-1 after extra time. But the Hatters topped the league with a 6-5 victory in the penalty shoot-out.
